MATERIAL: 2.4mm natural vegetable tanned leather from Tempesti tannery, Tuscany. Cut out, wet moulded and shaped by hand; dried; hole p[unched; burnished, stitched and waxed.

TRACABILITY: Leather is a waste material, a by-product of the meat and dairy industry. These vessels are made from vegetable tanned leather, sourced from Tuscany, Italy and Devon, England. It is tanned using water and natural organic materials like mimosa, chestnut and oak bark and is one of the most sustainable ways of tanning leather.
