Bespoke sneakers are fast becoming our most popular style. And when you look at the Moreland, you can see why. We absolutely love this colour, so bold and vibrant. Certainly not everyone’s choice but this customer has a history of picking vibrant colours – from nude calf with pink nubuck to these. We love making shoes for him.

The leather is veg tanned by Tempesti in Tuscany and the foxing is dyed welt leather by Bakers of Colyton so completely veg tanned throughout. Veg tanned leather uses tanning agents and pigments from vegetable sources and so the production of the leather is much more sustainable, something we and our customers are increasingly concerned about

I will be interested to see how these bespoke sneakers age because the natural pigments do not behave uniformly over time, producing a natural patina

UPPERS: yellow veg tanned leather; black crocodile flash detail; turned, padded top line

LINING: black veg tanned leather

MAKING: hand lasted; hand stitched double foxing; lightweight EVA inner sole; black Vibram outer sole, cushioned inner with heel cup and arch support
