Kenton Tassel Loafer

The Kenton is a suede tassel loafer, elegant, simple, and handsewn in our central London workshop.

We made the uppers from reverse taupe suede with a kid skin lining. The tassels are where the magic happens. We love a classic suede  tassel loafer, but we wanted to give it an upgrade, so we asked the lovely Venetia to make these amazing lantern tassels. She cut thin strips of brown lizard and glued them onto a wooden bead, amazing, skilled work. We think that it is these details which make a bespoke shoe stand out from off the shelf footwear.

We decided to stitch a thin sole on these shoes because we thought the style is simple and would be enhanced by a lighter weight sole. The natural finish on the sole and heel edges give them a more relaxed feel which suits this slip on shoe. They would look great with a grey suit in the summer.

This style has proved popular with our customers since we launched it in 2015.
