SK Pigskin Derby

Plain fronted derby shoe in antiqued tan pigskin.

This is a very simple derby style with all the emphasis on the antiqued pigskin. We deglazed the tan skin and then colour-washed it with yellow, orange, light and mid brown leather dyes. The grained skin takes the dye unevenly leaving a beautifully mottled finish. A high shine was then applied. I am envious!
